Have you ever dealt with their Customer Service?
Bought one from Home Depot here in Cornwall, On and after only 24 mths, it’s leaking badly!!! Contacted them (lifetime warranty after all!) and no part (b.o.)!!! No Canadian warehouse (nor service actually, transferred to US one)…sadly, so i’ll end up waiting 2-3 weeks before I can get to fix it, in the best case scenario…really disappointed!
