“Mike from Jaytech resolved a problem that I have had, on and off, for 15 years. Not only was this drain cleared in record time but Mike pinpointed and made some plumbing adjustments very quickly and efficiently which will save me much aggravation in the future. Punctual, professional, knows his stuff. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost too. Although I would like to adopt Mike as the son I never had☺️, I am so happy to have at least finally found a great plumber. Thank you Mike”

“I would and have been recommending the wonderful gentlemen of Jaytech to anyone I see… Last week was a pre-halloween horror show.. the highlight of which was a leak in our pipes near the shut off valve. Now being a pensioner with extremely limited funds and a husband with advancing Alzheimer’s and the cost concurred a plumbing bill was not something I could face. After going 4 days with our water turned off we had arranged for a gentleman from Jaytech to come and take a look, but having been told how much it would be I called to hold off on the appointment for a bit. The very nice young man on the phone & I got talking and when he inquired why I was cancelling I just told him I had to wait, but I did have a plan.. I had bottled water for drinks & his teeth and was using the collected dripping water for manual toilet flushing.. figured the pioneers did more why not. Well he said there must be something they could do to help us out as this was unacceptable and he wanted his service man (Mike) to come and at least take a look. Mike arrived and before I knew it he had done a wonderful job and we had glorious water and they had made it easier for me with the bill. I don’t think they will ever know how grateful I am for their unselfish kindness to someone they don’t even know… I know I should call and personally thank them but every time I think of a company going out of their way to help someone rather than demanding full payment immediately I become a bubbling idiot. Any company that will go out of their way to help in this day and age is a company that needs to have their name shouted from the roof tops. Gentlemen you not only do great work but have something special – class. Thank you for everything”
